At 7Skyes, every set is handcrafted and made to order with care. Because each set is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

• normal wear and tear

• improper application or removal

• delays caused by the shipping carries

To help ensure the best possible fit, every order includes complimentary custom sizing. Before production begins, customers are required to submit clear photos following our sizing instructions. Sizing instructions are emailed to the customer once order has been placed.

While we take great care to provide the most accurate fit possible, sizing is based on the images provided by the customer. By submitting your sizing photos, you acknowledge and accept this process.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 7SkyesCo@gmail.com. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll review your claim and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
