Order Processing

​To ensure every set is made just for you, each order includes our complimentary custom sizing service.

After your order is placed, we’ll email you with the next steps to complete your sizing. Once your sizing has been reviewed and approved, we’ll begin handcrafting your custom set.

Handcrafting Time: 2–4 business days.

Shipping

After your order has been completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping carrier and the service selected at checkout. Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that 7Skyes is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. 7Skyes is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
